CNC Milling Supervisor / Manager
(Penang - Bayan Lepas)
Responsibilities:
- Create CNC program, tooling list and clamping plan with Mastercam.
- Fully responsible for his department cost, include machine repair,cutters, tools and accessories.
- Estimate fabrication time required for each drawing.
- Prepare and order raw material require for each job.
- Plan work for his subordinates.
- Responsible for parts quality fabricated by his subordinates.
- Responsible for meeting all delivery date line.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping for his sectionat at all time.
- Continues training and upgrading his people's skills and working methods.
- Responsible for reject and corrective action required.
- To improve quality, output and productivity on machine set-up.
Requirements:
- Required skill(s): Mastercam.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
- Strong technical background on machining processes, cutters & material behavior.
