Production Superintendent (Assembly)

Responsibilities:
- Lead a group of supervisors in daily assembly production.
- Maintain production schedules and supervise the production in line(s) allocated.
- Ensure production's quality and safety standard are complied with ISO standards.
- Direct, control and motivate production staff in all.
- Provide timely production and other performance in direct(s) report to the manager as per required.
- Liases with quality assurance, maintenance and human resource departments on need basis to ensure operation always in smooth condition from its general admin and manpower status.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
- Required skill(s): Supervisory, 5s House Keeping, Assembly.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Applicants must be able to work shift.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Senai.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
