Sales Admin
(Solaris Dutamas)

Responsibilities:

  • Process and generate sales quotations to corporate and non-corporate customers
  • Maintenance and updating of inventory, sales and related information in the system
  • Generate invoice / delivery orders, sales and delivery co-ordination
  • Issuance of purchase orders to suppliers
  • Assist Marketing Team on company events

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives with Sales Admin or Office Admin experience. 
  • Good oral an written proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skill
  • Independent, able to interact with all levels, work with minimum supervision 
  • Required Skills: Computer literate and proficient in MS Word and Excel applications
  • Preferred Skills: Any Inventory and Billing software application
  • Full-Time positions available.
