Production Center Assistant Manager (Butchery, Bakery, Salad Bar & Ordering)
(Selangor - Subang Jaya)

Responsibilities:

• Smooth running of the Production Center Operations.  
• To adhere to all the standards and maintain good quality. 
• To manage and administer the Production Center Department
• Creation of new Fresh products through new ideas & innovations
• To do planning and to execute all Advertising & Promotion.
• Work closely with Merchandise Division
• To keep all Production equipments clean and hygiene.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in Butchery/Bakery/Salad Bar productions or the related field is required for this position.
• Good team player with a flair for creativity.
• Good planning, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge in fresh & catering process.
• Good experience in handling Butchery/Bakery/Salad Bar/Ordering/Organization & System.
• Quality conscious with an eye for details.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in managing of production centre.
• Dynamic, communicative & quality oriented.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya.
• 6 Full-Time positions available.
• Applicants should be of Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
