Supervisor
(Johor)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations and production planning.
- Overseeing all production activities including manpower, materials and machine planning.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth running of manufacturing operations.
- Improve production productivity and operational efficiency and quality.
- Supervise and motivate subordinates.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 3 years experience in manufacturing environment in the same capacity.
- Ability to work independently within tight deadline and under pressure.
- Self motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills at all level.
- Result orientated and analytical.
