STRATEGIC PLANNING HEAD
(Kuala Ketil)

Responsibilities:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

The candidate wil be responsible in strategy formulation, strategic plans execution, strategic process improvements, and communication of strategies to all stakeholders.  He/She will also be responsible in analyzing business performance, industry trends, existing or new regulatory requirements and their impact on business operations.  In addition, he/she will be responsible for making recommendations on alternative courses of action including risk assessment, capital investment, acquisitions, divestment, and expansion at the corporate level as well as responsible for initiating special studies, market and competitive research pertaining to the future of the company.

Requirements:

• More than 10 years working experience as a strategic Planning Head.
• Excellent knowledge  of strategis planning concepts and frameworks, business issues and concepts, research methodology, general management and financial analysis.
• Excellent programme management skills, including workshop facilitation.
• Analytical in strategic concepts and market development.
• Good interaction skills with senior management, with ability to articulate and defend recommendations made.
• Possess good communications and interpersonal skills to liaise with people at all levels.
• Possess good problem solving, presentation and analytival skills.
