Following our expansion, we are seeking results-oriented individuals for the following position:
Supervisors - Production
(Selangor)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure steady flow of production activities and oversee the production section, production scheduling,production control, inventory and output;
- Supervises operators to ensure productivity and targets;
- Ensure optimal machine and staff utilisation;
- Motivate and develop a cohesive production team;
- Close monitoring of operators for full adherence to standard operating procedures;
- Responsible for the operators’ discipline, training, attendance as well as plan their working shift shedules and good house keeping;
- Ensure that health & safety guidelines are followed;
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical or equivalent;
- At least 5 years working experiences, preferably in a manufacturing environment, including experience in a supervisory role;
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia and posses leadership qualities;
- Willing to work shifts and long hours.
