    5. Establish effective material handling process in segregating and storing of part, inventories, and materials finished goods according to its designated storage area or per IQA disposition.
    6. Responsible to ensure the quality goods are maintained with proper handling and storage.
    7. Optimizing the use of warehouse space, equipment and human resource to achieve highest possible productivity.
    8. Assuring correctness of material issuance timely and conform to First in First out (FIFO) stock rotation concept to support Production.
    9. To monitor materials i.e. materials must not be on the shelf more than 6 months.
    10. Ensure minimum storage and retrieval time for raw material, work in progress to support Production inventory plan and actual finish goods for delivery and shipping.
    11. To constantly review (i.e Quarterly) existing planning, SOP, MRP inventories management module and other related area and make the necessary improvement proposal and implementation.
    12. Maintain good housekeeping of the Warehouse.
    13. To evaluate and implement cost reduction exercise for the Inventories and Logistic Department.
    14. To ensure maximum efficiency and productivity within the Inventories & Logistic Department.
    15. Ensure all warehousing equipment is checked using the maintenance checklist weekly and report all discrepancies/damage/faulty.
    16. To ensure all documentations for custom purposes are done and according to the requirement and comply with all the custom procedures.
    17. To liaise with relevant regulatory body or agency regarding logistic and shipping issue.
    18. Liaise with Purchasing & Order Fulfillment & Admin Dept to ensure dispatch requirements are met.
    19. Ensure on time delivery to customer per commit delivery plan.
    20. Ensuring timely system updates and pro stock information for inventory planning to ensure stock replenishment.
    21. Carrying out cycle stock count, checking system versus actual and investigating out of tolerance discrepancies.
    22. Submit monthly inventory report.
    23. Analysis system versus actual stock and resolving warehouse related customer delivery failures.
    24. Monitor staff performance, appraisal yearly and conduct counseling as and when needed.
    25. Conduct regular meetings with staff to ensure communication effectiveness within the company.
    26. Receive regular, outstanding feedback from the General Manager and line staff in every plant, centre and related Departments, customer service and QA.
    27. To have a system for ordering, tracking and monitoring inventory of supplies and finished goods.
    28. Ensuring proper handling of critical substances.
    29. Ensuring accuracy in billing, record keeping, cycle count and physical inventory preparation and
    30. Excellent understanding in inventory management software system.
    31. Ensure training, cross-training and placement staff to attain maximum efficiencies.
    32. Set and achieve Department’s goals and objectives.
    33. Ensuring on-going, consistent customer satisfaction by providing on-time delivery and follow up.
    34. To compile, prepare, analyse and submit overall department report to the Management as and when necessary.
    35. Ensure all operations are performed safely and always promote safety awareness.
    36. Interview, hire, train, supervise and evaluate staff.
    37. Ensure all custom-related approvals are obtained and that all custom licenses are applied and renewed & updated.
    38. Have good relationship with the Customs.
    39. To manage, direct and supervise the business operation in the warehousing division including record tracking system, development of record flow and analysis, process administration and maintenance of forms and filing system.
    40. To achieve and maintain stock accuracy level.
    41. Monitor shelf life of products and ensuring FIFO and minimizing obsolete stock.
    42. Verify and control customs monthly and annual report (Penyata bulanan).
    43. Liaise with local/foreign customer to coordinate shipments and other related issues.
    44. Review business practices, policies and procedures, analyse data flow and perform computer reporting and file research for special projects, monitor business activity, and make recommendations regarding account expenditures.
    45. Ensure all equipment, racking system, pallet jack and reach trucks are sufficient to support the warehousing division.
    46. To undertake any other duties assigned by your superior from time to time
