We are a private and not-for profit hospital with a mission of providing high quality and compassionate care to patients. In line with our expansion, we are currently seeking for an qualified person for the following position.

Director of Nursing
(Penang)

Responsibilities:

Recommend,develop and implements overall nursing care organization structure consistent with hospital policies and objectives.

Develop, implement and administers nursing services budget and expense control system, as well as oversee master nursing service staffing plan including recruitment and continuous training and development of nurses

Requirements:

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and registered nurse with the Malaysia Nursing Board.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in managerial position.
Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Health care - Nurse/Medical Support.
Full-Time positions available.
