Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Assembly & Production Supervisors, Engineers & Machine operators to achieve management objectives
- Responsible for the overall running of the Assembly & Production department to meet the business unit’s objectives
- Ensuring continuous improvement of yield and quality through close working relationships with all departments
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Senai Johor.
- Preferably Senior Supervisor specializing inmanufacturing secondry process/assembly or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of related working experience in manufacturing environment of which 3 years in similar capacity
- Applicants must posses excellent leadership quality, strong drive for achievement, as well as effective management skill.
- Good knowledge in ISO 9000/TS 16949/EMS 14001 & OHSAS 18001 manufacturing standards and procedures is preferred.
- Cost conscious, discipline, positive, resourceful in problem solving and a good team player
