Accounts Assistant
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
Process invoices, staff claims and payment vouchers in accordance with company procedures
Liaison with vendors /service providers for office consumptions including vetting and processing of purchase requisition
Responsible to raise purchase requisition and issuing of cheque
Coding of transactions and posting into accounting ledgers
Other accounting related assignment.
Carry out ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when necessary
Requirements:
Minumum LCCI Higher with relavant working experience would be an added advantage
Self initiative and able to work independently with minimum guidance, result orientated, meticulous and possess a high level of responsibility & commitment.
Must be computer literate with good working knowledge of computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office.
