(Kuala Lumpur) Responsibilities: - To handle the complete payroll processing functions and manage other statutory contributions such as EPF, Socso, etc.
- Handle staff recruitment, interviews and selection.
- Coordinate and facilitate staff training and development.
- Liaise with relevant government agencies and external organizations such as EPF, Socso, Income Tax, Insurance companies and etc.
- Implement HR policies and prepare Manpower planning and statistic report.
- Assist in general administrative work.
Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or in related discipline.
- Have good communication skills and able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Have no less than 2 years of working experience in similar position.
- Familiar with HR software systems and experience in HR 2000 payroll system is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently and have good inter-personal and leadership skills.
