Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial/office administrative support
- Liaising and Managing external suppliers (sourcing, finding the best and reliable supplier
- Communicate with client/suppliers directly on invoicing & payments
- Handle confidential documents
- Organise staff events
- Travelling local/overseas whenever required
This is a fulltime position. Gaji between RM 2000 to RM 2500.
Based di Shah Alam. Expected to start pd 1 October 2010.
Expected to be self-starter with minimal supervision, full of initiative, poractive & willing to learn new things, good command in BM & English, familiar with MS Office, experience is not necessary but valuable.
