Personal Assistant / Admin
MYR 1800 (Min)
(Kuala Lumpur - jalan Pinang, Nearby KLCC)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial/office administrative support
  • Liaising and Managing external suppliers (sourcing, finding the best and reliable suppliers)
  • Communicate with staffs on certain projects and able to communicate with client directly
  • Handle confidential documents
  • Organise staff events
     

Requirements:

  • Maturity, good attitude, good judgment is the most important criteria above all academic credentials
  • Initiative and proactive and excited to learn something new.
  • Good written and verbal communication skill
  • Candidate may possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in jalan Pinang,Nearby KLCC.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
  • Full-Time positions available.
