Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial/office administrative support
- Liaising and Managing external suppliers (sourcing, finding the best and reliable suppliers)
- Communicate with staffs on certain projects and able to communicate with client directly
- Handle confidential documents
- Organise staff events
Requirements:
- Maturity, good attitude, good judgment is the most important criteria above all academic credentials
- Initiative and proactive and excited to learn something new.
- Good written and verbal communication skill
- Candidate may possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Required skill(s): MS Office.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in jalan Pinang,Nearby KLCC.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
