- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Quantity Surveying from recognized University.
- Must possess good project management & control, leadership & managerial skills, team management, computer skills, communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least 10 years of working experience in related field and preferably Senior Manager level.
- Able to commence work immediately and remuneration shall be based on reasonable fixed allowance plus percentage of fees sharing.
- Candidate with design experience shall be an added advantage.
