We are established company, specializing in precision tool & die making and metal stamping parts. We are looking for dynamic individuals to fill in the following position based in Senai, Johor Bahru:
Operation Manager
(China - Suzhou, Johor Bahru)
Responsibilities:
- To plan and organize manufacturing operation & departmental activities for precision metal stamping parts.
- To manage and lead the manufacturing operation to achieve company Objective & target.
- To ensure the effectiveness of implementation & continue improvement of QMS & EMS.
- Provide necessary internal training for all functions of level
- Periodically conduct internal audit & monitor the effectiveness of implementation of CPA
- To ensure good practice of 5S and safe operating at the workplace.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Process Engineering) or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in QMR & EMR ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Metal stamping field.
- Full-Time positions available.
