Production Planner (Assistant Engineer) - Paint Shop
(Selangor - Shah Alam)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for production daily output on each section.
- Resolves problems by performing analysis of root causes, developing and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements.
- Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer
- Participate to activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements.
- Improve manufacturing techniques and through put.
- Provide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve in-house capabilities.
- Develop and maintain process documentation.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Chemical), Chemistry or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Japanese Language is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Posses strong leadership, analytical skills and good team player.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
