COB Technician
(Johor - Senai)

Responsibilities:

• To manage & responsible for process control, process improvement & equipment for manufacturing.
• Work closely with process Engineering/NPI/Quality/Product Engineering from prototype till mass production.
• Responsible for new/existing model machine & program setup.
• Incharge of machine maintenance & spare part.
• Support production daily activities.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Prof. Cert. in Microelectronics/Physics/Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in SMT and COB process.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Senai.
• Familiar with the PCBA manufacturing environment & manufacturing technologies for leadframes, Flipchip & laminate Substrates including process experience in Die Attach, Wirebonding, Flipchip Attach, Singulation/Wafer Dicing Process.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
