Your Responsibilities:

• Involve in providing advice on legal issues relating to Labour laws, employee relations, grievance procedures and disciplinary matters.
• Responsible for employee welfare programs pertaining to recreational and sport activities.
• Responsible to ensure adequate and efficient employee services.
• Assist the security management.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Working experience in a unionized environment is preferable.
• Well verse in Malaysian Labour Laws.
• Possess a pleasant personality, strong communication and inter-personal skills with ability to interact confidently with all levels of people.
• Result-oriented, able to deal with ambiguity, focused and tenacious in getting work done in a fast and efficient manner.
