Our client is a provider of life wealth protection solutions, and is part of large Banking & Financial Group.

Their offices & Branch Networks are spread all over Klang Valley, with locations such as at the heart of Kuala Lumpur, Cheras, PJ, Damansara, Shah Alam, Puchong, Kajang, Setapak, Kepong, etc.

Bank Clerk
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

To perform day-to-day operational tasks.

To perform relief function within the department as and when the need arises.

To deliver services in line with agreed service standards documented between the Branches.

To liaise with internal customers and maintain good rapport with them at all times.

To ensure compliance with guidelines and policies as documented in the Bank’s Manuals as well as external rules and regulations.

To maintain good relations with fellow colleagues with emphasis on teamwork and fair dealing.

To undertake people management responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Must have SPM qualification.
• At least one year of clerical working experience.
• Those without relevant working experience but able to present very well and willing to learn will be consider.
• Able to demonstrate good teamwork amongst staff.
• Able to perform multi-tasking and work under pressure.
• Must have problem solving skills and proactive.
• Able to use Microsoft Office Applications.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Able to work beyond normal banking hours and or long working hours to complete assignment when required.
• Able to take up additional responsibilities and accept changes.
