Our client(s), one of the established company is currently seeking for suitable candidates to fill the below position(s).

Call Centre Representative(s) @KL Town areas / LRT station - 20 posting
(Kuala Lumpur , Shah Alam , Subang Hi-Tech)

Responsibilities:

  • The position involves taking calls, writing emails and informing the customers according to the data in the system for outsourcing clients.
  • As a Call Center Agent, your task will be to handle our clients' calls in an effective and pleasant way, with complete professionalism and to the very best of your ability.

Requirements:

  • Excellent reading and verbal skills in English.                                             (Basic reading and verbal skill in Chinese is advantageous.)
  • Full-Time positions available
  • Familiar with Windows, MS Office applications, e.g. Word, Excel, etc.
  • Working days will be based on Department schedule.
  • No gender limitation
  • No age Limitation, but 18 -30 preferred
  • Applicant needs to be willing to learn, patient, responsible, and thoughtful
  • Good communication skills and pleasant personality
  • Experience in Call Centre customer support job is a plus.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status and must be able to work in Kuala Lumpur.
  • Able to start work immediately
