MIS Executive (Retail Banking)
(Kuala Lumpur - Menara Bumiputra Commerce)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare timely, accurate daily, weekly and monthly performance report.
• Prepare and generate department statistic analysis for tracking purpose to manage credit losses.
• Prepare portfolio and user performance analysis.
• Continuously monitoring and support collection system from time to time.
• Provide support and participate in UAT for systems change and enhancement implemented/ initiated prior to application rollout.
• Consistently review and proactive in seeking resolution for report and system enhancement.
• Other expansionary roles or responsibilities to be assigned by supervisor from time to time.

Requirements:

• University degree preferably in information systems, statistics or other related discipline.
• Strong analytical skills and able to work under pressure.
• Committed, resourceful and proactive.
• Computer literacy/ competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint applications as well as software such as SAS, SPSS and SQL.
• Preferably candidate with 2 years of related working experience.
• Fresh graduates who possess the willingness to learn and the right attitude will be given equal opportunities.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
