PLANNING & WORK FLOW COORDINATOR
(Selangor - Telok Gong, Pelabuhan Klang)
Requirements:
- To effectively plan and coordinate the day to day workload of a busy R&D department's furniture sample making requirement.
- The candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience in a related field - he must have good supervisory skills and ideally possess a sound knoledge of carpentry and upholstery methods.
- The candidate must be able to understand / interpret engineering drawings and be able to work with the designers and craftsman alike. Good communication skills are essential.
- He must be able to plan and implement the workload effectively and be responsible for the product quality aspects, He will be expected to introduce an efficient man-hour job allocation & recording procedure for the workforce following an initial period of job scope evaluation.
- Consignment stock levels of raw material / hardware will be monitored and allocated per project basis and will be the responsibility of the chosen candidate to record via a cost centre system.
- The candidate must have a good command of spoken and written English and be computer literate.
