Process Lead
(Johor - Port Tanjung Pelepas, Gelang Patah)
Responsibilities:
- To plan & coordinate the production resources to ensure minimum wastage, maximize on the yield & quality and also to reduce cost where appropriate.
- To ensure full compliance to ISO & FDA requirements in all production processes.
- To lead and manage a team of team Leader, Leader and Operators towards achieving the production targets set out by the management.
- To ensure that all work performed in the production area are in full compliance to safety standards and practices set in the plant.
- To analysis of process performance and to initiate actions where appropriate.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Preferable 2 to 4 years experience in medical devices or pharmaceutical industries.
- Good in leadership skills.
- Able to communicate at all levels.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to work shift and long hours when required.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Port Tanjung Pelepas,Gelang Patah.
