Production Manager (NPV)
(Johor - Senai)

Responsibilities:

• To plan, organize, direct and control manpower and equipment capacity to maximise utilization to meet the production schedules.
• To ensure daily/monthly output is achievable.
• To initiate problem-solving and trouble-shooting processes so as to reduce the production related problems and delays.
• To generate production reports, update specifications and work procedures.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Management, Leadership.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• At least 5 years of working experience in Assembly Line.
• Candidate should be able to work independently with minimum supervision, work under pressure and work for long hour.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
