Sales Coordinator
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with sales administrator and sales managers to ensure all customer requirements are well-coordinated.
- Assist in order processing and delivery schedules.
- Prepare sales quotations and handle sales order from customers.
- Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages for the entire team.
- Compile, copy, sort, and file records of Sales department activities & transactions.
- To provide support to the Sales team in the daily routine documentation and reports.
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
- Complete work schedules, manage calendars and arrange appointments.
- Carry out any assignments as and when required
Requirements:
- Diploma/ STPM/ SPM with 1-3 years related work experience.
- Preferably with experience in sales administration and customers liaison.
- Computer literacy and well-versed in Microsoft Office applications e.g. Excel, Words, Power Point.
- Required languages: English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent polite and persuasive communication/selling skills.
- Must be able to work at Jalan Loke Yew.
