SENIOR TECHNICAL MANAGER/FACTORY MANAGER

Responsibilities:
- To be responsible in area of production, Maintenance Division
- To ensure that the factory is well equipped with adequate resources to produce rubber accordingly to the quality and quantity requirements.
- To organize work team to resolve any production related issues.
- To plan production in accordance to the purchase order and delivery shipment.
- To improve areas of process of cost reduction.
- To maintain good housekeeping of all compounding areas.
- To implement the Quality System for the Manufacturing.
- To coordinate with other HOD pertaining matters for the smooth running of the business operation.
- To ensure production resources such as materials, machine, and manpower are properly planned according to planning schedule.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Science or Engineering.
- At least a minimum of five (5) years previous experience in the areas of rubber production/operations management, inventory control and quality assurance is required for this position; a four (4) years degree in one of the following areas: Business Administration, Engineering, or Operations Management is preferred.
- Technically sound in statistical tools and good understanding of process and product performance, expert in engineering and product failure analysis approach and aggressive in problem resolution.
- Preferably profession with experience in rubber industries (expert in rubber thread).
- Employee must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent proactive problem solving, analytical, statistical process control and leadership skills are necessary.
- Must be able to speak and write MANDARIN fluently.
