A CNC metal processing factory in Dongguan PRC, wholly owned by a global group is looking for the right candidate for the following position, FOREIGN CANDIDATES are welcome:

Technical Manager (Metal Works – Phone & Metal Parts)
(Ref. TECH_MGR)

(China - Dongguan)

Responsibilities:

Technical development of phone products (metal parts)

Quality assurance; reviewing and monitoring process, implementing control measures

Problem shooting of technical & quality issues, providing advice and solutions

Leading the engineering & quality teams to meet customers product/quality requirements

Presentation of technical/quality reports on order/daily/weekly/monthly basis

Work closely with other departments to provide direct support

Requirements:

• Degree holder of Mechanical/ Manufacturing Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years experience in production and engineering in mobile phone (metal parts) manufacturing, with CNC machine experience is a must, preferable for world renowned brands
• Good knowledge of mobile phone manufacturing technologies, capable in problem solving
• Experience in leading engineers and technicians for product development and manufacturing
• Good knowledge & experience in ISO & ERP
• Strong in management, leadership, organizing, analyzing & planning; 
• Mature, good team player, good communication & interpersonal skills, result-oriented, and proactive
• Good in written & spoken English, knowledge of Mandarin preferable
• Tough, decisive, demanding and willing to face challenges
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Manager
• Station in Dongguan, with quarter, 5 days per week
