Equipment Engineer
(China)
Responsibilities:
- To manage all Chemical Equipment for Pulp & Paper Mill Industry including design, mechanical material selection, electrical & instruments material selection.
- To manage all chemical Equipment for Pulp & Paper Mill Industry including design, mechanical material selection, electrical & instruments material selection. To monitor equipment making, system testing & commissioning and field service (troubleshooting).
- To liase with our American principle "Praflow USA" directly.
- Some knowledge of use of PLC (AB/Siemens) and PLC program modification (AB/Siemens).
- Good knowledge of Instruments and electrical wiring.
- Hands on training on testing & commissioning of the equipment will be provided.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Instrumentation), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent and possess mechanical knowledge.
- Possess very good English language skills (complex technical discussion and presentation level, written coplex technical documentation and specification).
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Application is willing to base in China for full time employment for at least 2 years.
- Mobile to travel within Asia Pasific region (mostly Korea/Indonesia/Taiwan).
- Possess very good Chinese language skills - Mandarin.
- Be familiar with Chinese national and internatioanal standards and codes.
- Be fimiliar with available engineering software, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, 3D Design and CADD knowledge.
- Experience and ability to work with international customers.
- Good personality, deep understanding of project and customer requirements, solution oriented.
- Able to work dependently with minimum guidance.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Electrical / Instrument or equivalent.
