It responsible in managing E&P activities which consist of Business Development, Exploration phase, Development phase, Production and also decommission. Executive (Field Engineer) Sabah Operations (PC:1101215)
(Sabah - Kota Kinabalu)
Responsibilities:
- Analyse and prepare the supporting plan and procedure of all operations and first line maintenance activities to ensure integrity, safety, cost effective, minimal gas venting/flaring and optimal production of hydrocarbon to meet field/terminal business objectives.
- Prepare and propose specific HSE procedures, guidelines and risk assessment in order to meet field/terminal HSE performance target and regulatory compliance, through continuous analysis, effective performance monitoring/tracking and communication to relevant parties.
- Propose the operation specific procedure to achieve maximum oil and gas production of the field, through thorough analysis of equipment and process performance foroptimum facilities uptime and effective operations.
- Prepare procedure to manage field gas venting/flaring to ensure venting/flaring are kept within PETRONAS permissible limit.
- Prepare optimization plan and procedure of all planned activities in collaboration with other departments as to ensure maximum uptime of the field/terminal and operating requirements are being met.
- Provide statistical data compilation and analysis of the unplanned shutdown and provide recommendations for improvement in order to reduce unplanned deferment.
- Prepare field/terminal WP&B, analyze and track utilization of budget in carrying out the planned production and first line maintenance activities to ensure effective utilization of production CAPEX and OPEX.
- Seek and propose application of new process technology in field/terminal operations to enhance production performance and facilities uptime through identification, evaluation and effective implementation.
- Prepare close-out report of any request for improvement e.g. FIP, CWR & PWA from field/terminal, in collaboration with Reliability, Integrity Engineering (RIE) and Maintenance Engineering Department.
- Prepare and implement site specific procedures for simultaneous activities through revision and review of work packages, spading lists, SIPCOM, SIPROD, SSP and other related procedures in order to achieve operations goals.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Kinabalu.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Chemical or equivalent.
