Process Engineering Manager
(China - Shenzhen Gushu, China)
Responsibilities: · Leading the Process Engineering team to prepare & maintain the overall Production Layout, Process Flows, Work Instructions &Procedures …etc. · Study, analysis and constantly to improve process efficiency and productivity. · Managing of BOM, ECN / ECO, AVL… etc. and collaborate with Production, Procurement and other Functional Team. · Managing new Product Introduction (NPI) or Product Transfer that are designed to meet customer product specifications, delivery and cost expectations. · Leading the team to perform DFx (DFM, DFA, DFT…etc). · Develop and evaluate new materials and processes for improving operation efficiency and for cost reduction purpose. · Provide direction & supervision to perform Failure Analysis so as to implement Corrective Actions to resolve process, product related issues.
Requirements: · Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Manufacturing or any other equivalent Engineering discipline). · Minimum 5 years working experience in manufacturing environment, which 3 years in supervisory level. · Experienced in Medical Product manufacturing would be a definite plus & familiar with SMT and Box build processes. ·Familiar and experience in 5S, Lean & 6 Sigma, FMEA, DOE, SPC, ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO14000, CAR, 8D …etc is an advantage. ·Good problem solving, interpersonal and analytical skills. ·Able to handle multi-task, work under pressure and tight schedule, independently and proactively ·Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin. ·Proficient in Microsoft Office application such as Word, Excel etc.. and Cad application such as ACAD, Pro-E, Solidwork, GCPlace etc ·Willing to station in China.
