PRODUCTION MANAGER (INJECTION MOLDING CLEANROOM)
(Johor)
Responsibilities:

- Overall responsible for improving & developing production processes, ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of production.

- Responsible for planning and execution of production and distribution plans to meet customers' requirements for product quality and delivery timeliness.

- Monitor the manpower utilization’s, materials and equipment requirement for effectiveness and smooth operations.

- To drive and seek improvement in manpower productivity, materials usage and value improvement projects.

- To ensure work closely with other functional teams to analyze demand, and develop the manufacturing strategies, including supply chain, product rationalization, material flow, information flow to meet customer requirements.

- Oversees compliance of all procedures and policies concerning all areas of production department.

- Responsible for the overall factory operation safety and cleanliness at workplace.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of production experience in management level.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly effective, dynamic, result oriented adn proactive.
- Knowledge on cGMP in manufacturing environment in any discipline will be an advantage.
- Knowledge on scientific analysis problem solving e.g 6 Sigma, Lean 6 Sigma, Kaizen ..etc is an advantageous.
