Toolmaker (Moulding)

Provide trouble-shooting, setup and repair for machines and tools.
Assist the Engineers in new project start up.
Work with Engineer to evaluate and improve processes in order to improve Quality and Output.
Execute established Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Schedule.
Responsible for 1st Piece Inspection (after setup and trouble-shooting)
Provide process technical leadership for production technicians.
Maintenance and control of all spares, jig and fixtures.
Willing to work shift
Able to prepare/read the part drawings.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Have basic knowledge of PLC & pneumatic systems.
Knowledge on AutoCad is an added advantage.
Certificate in Tool & Die / Mechanical Engineering with more than 2 years manufacturing experiences preferably with connectors manufacturing process.
