Sales Admin
(Solaris Dutamas)
Responsibilities:
- Process and generate sales quotations to corporate and non-corporate customers
- Maintenance and updating of inventory, sales and related information in the system
- Generate invoice / delivery orders, sales and delivery co-ordination
- Issuance of purchase orders to suppliers
- Assist Marketing Team on company events
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives with Sales Admin or Office Admin experience.
- Good oral an written proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good analytical and problem-solving skill
- Independent, able to interact with all levels, work with minimum supervision
- Required Skills: Computer literate and proficient in MS Word and Excel applications
- Preferred Skills: Any Inventory and Billing software application
