QA Lab Compliance Executive
(Johor - Port Tanjung Pelepas, Gelang Patah)

Responsibilities:

Drive Lab Compliance unit to meet the requirements and objectives set by the organization.

Schedule and planning for Lab OOS/OOT issue, Lab Compliance Training, Lab Data Integrity, Non-conformity on the Lab Testing Equipments and Implement Good Laboratory Practice.

Support determination of GXP status for Lab Equipment & procedures at site level and ensure the Lab equipments are properly maintain and always in validated state.

Drive & coordinate for QA Lab Compliance internal & external quality audit are properly carried out as per planned and scheduled.

Responsible in providing refreshment training and guidance in complying with the MDD, Novartis, company and FDA regulations.

Drive & coordinate QA Lab Compliance system vendors and service suppliers are in yearly scheduled audit and have been assessed in compliance with the MDD, Novartis, company and FDA regulations.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical & Science. Preferable a Microbiologist, Post Graduate Diploma in Science or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years experienced in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Industries specialized in QA Compliance or Lab Chemist with experienced in Lab OOS/NCR & CAPA closure.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Port Tanjung Pelepas, Gelang Patah.
• Preferably candidate with strong knowledge in GMP, GLP, ISO 17025, ISO 9001:2008, Computerized System in Data Integrity and System Security.
• Good communicating, understanding and writing in English will have an added advantage.
