Tool Design Manager (Based in Suzhou)

Responsible for product, strip layout and tool design to meet requirement. Responsible for products that meet First Article Approval and that project schedules are achieved on time Participate in DFM discussion and troubleshoot tooling To set up design and programming standard and procedure. Work closely with other departments (eg. Quality Department, Sales Department, Production Department, etc) to provide technical support. Liaise with customer on the tooling requirement. Evaluates and implements process improvements in tooling. Supervise quality inspection of new products. Liaising with supplier on the specifications on the design and fabrication of jig and fixture. Transfer new products from development to production. To provide engineering support to all new and on going project. Management of tool room and procedure

- Professional Technical Institute with 3 years of working experience, preferably in the tooling fabrication responsibility
- Self motivated and be able to work independently
- Pleasant personality, good communication and interaction skills.
