Manager, Assistance Network

Responsibilities:
This position is accountable for assuring the on-going availability of quality service providers in respond to the requirements of the Alarm Centre. The incumbent is responsible to manage all information and quality credentialization on the service providers available to internal customers as well as clients.
Other key responsible include:
- To acquire, administer and control a standardised service providers and inure service provider qualification and credential verification process with medical service providers
- To ensure all service provider's information is reviewed and update regularly to ensure accurate information
- To prepare required working agreements with service providers in discussion with Corporate Legal Department
- To train the service providers on our procedures to ensure good service delivery rendered to our members
- To work with Finance closely to ensure tingly payable to our service providers
- To develop a close working relationship with the service providers and the medical fraternity for reciprocal business
- To implement and negotiate discounts and preferred rates for local service providers
- To support and provide input to sales & marketing team to present global network assistance (GAN) as a key value proposition
Requirements: The ideal candidate should be:
- Savvy in acquiring partnership with service providers or vendors
- Excellent in negotiating business terms and service rate
- Excellent in communications and relationship building skills
- People oriented, with a "can-do" mind set and is tasks oriented.
Other requirements:
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration related fields
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in an account/sales management from a Pharmaceutical environment will be an added advantage
- Skills/Knowledge: IT literate and proficient in the use of contemporary computer software including Microsoft Outlook and Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Languages: Excellent written and spoken English, second language in Bahasa Melayu or Mandarin will be an advantage
- Incumbent must be willing to travel throughout Malaysia and have own transportation.
