Sales Coordinator
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
- Provide sales and administrative support involving:
a) Sales quotation preparation
b) Maintaining sales leads and sales target lists
c) Ordering of sales
d) Preparing weekly sales analysis report - Assist in the calculation and administration of sales/project commission.
- Consolidating and administrating project documentation: reports, schedules, contracts, project deliverable documents and etc.
- Coordinating internal sales and marketing meetings.
- Filing of agreement, MOU, contract and proposal.
- Assist in the preparation of proposal and tender documents.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
- Possess good communication, negotiation, problem solving, analytical skills.
- Mature and able to interact professionally with the sales team and clients.
- A willingness to work flexible working hours as required.
- Required skill(s): MS Office.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
