We are an established Metal Stamping Company located at Taman Mount Austin, Johor Bahru. In view of our expansion, we are looking for suitable candidates to fill in the following vacancy:
Process Engineer
(Johor - Taman Mount Austin)
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that operation / process (manufacturing flow chart) in sequence and the work instruction implemented accordingly.
2. Monitoring and improving the efficiency of production output, process control and material cost control.
3. Conducting the production cost reduction programme orientation effectively.
4. Recognizes, troubleshoots, analyses problem, recommends sollution and drives to root cause of process failure.
5. Responsible for the planning and execution of effective production's machines preventive maintenance schedule.
6. Monitor and conducting the calibration schedule for production jigs, fixture and equipments.
7. To develop process quality plan for all new parts
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Mount Austin.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
