Compliance & Document Control Executive
(Port Tanjung Pelepas, Gelang Patah)

Responsibilities:

Drive department unit to meet the requirements and objectives set by the organization.

Procure/acquire/develop, maintain, and make available data, information, standards (including external standards), QMS documents, etc.

Ensure updated release documents are available for associates and are used, and changes are reviewed and approved before implementation.

Assist in internal and external QMS audits.

Contribute to the improvement of documentation process capability through QIP methodologies, and communicate with Quality, other functions, and /or suppliers/other.

Investigate internal customer feedback, audit findings, and take/follow-up and record the necessary CAPA actions.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Science & Technology or equivalent.
• Candidate must have good communication, understanding and writing skill in English.
• Good knowledge in GxP or particular areas.
• Experienced in conducting supplier audit and basic knowledge in ISO 9001.
• Certified internal or external auditor will have an added advantage.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Port Tanjung Pelepas,Gelang Patah.
• Full-Time positions available.
