Process Lead
(Port Tanjung Pelepas, Gelang Patah)

Responsibilities:

To plan & coordinate the production resources to ensure minimum wastage, maximize on the yield & quality and also to reduce cost where appropriate.

To ensure full compliance to ISO & FDA requirements in all production processes.

To lead and manage a team of team Leader, Leader and Operators towards achieving the production targets set out by the management.

To ensure that all work performed in the production area are in full compliance to safety standards and practices set in the plant.

To analysis of process performance and to initiate actions where appropriate.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Preferable 2 to 4 years experience in medical devices or pharmaceutical industries.
• Good in leadership skills.
• Able to communicate at all levels.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to work shift and long hours when required.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Port Tanjung Pelepas,Gelang Patah.
• 3 full time positions available.
