Head Of Production Planning
(Klang)
Responsibilities:
- Plan, control and monitor of raw material and finished goods stock level so as to optimize inventory value, accuracy and deliver to customer on time as require.
- Plan and monitor production planning and scheduling so as to maximize production capacity and output.
- Plan and monitor weekly, monthly or yearly stock check so as to ensure physical and computer stock is accurate.
- Prepare and review of costing sheet data for all items so as to ensure the users using the latest costing.
- Motivate and train planning department personnel in kaizen activity so as to ensure continuous improvement activity.
- Motivate, train and develop subordinate so as to ensure skill competency and knowledge is achieved.
- Control and monitor of scrap selling in order to avoid losses to the company.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
- Min 5 years related working experience in manufacturing environment.
- Familiar with either MRP or ERP system.
- Ability to communicate and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Advance in Ms Excel (additional).
