Sunlight Seafood Sdn Bhd is established in September 2007 located at Sri Manjung, Perak. We are currently involved in prawn farming specializing in Tiger Prawns and South American White Prawns. In line with our expansion plans, we are looking for a suitable qualified candidate for the following position:-

production supervisor
(Perak)

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day and lead production team to achieve on time delivery, quality and cost objectives
• To perform detailed production planning and scheduling, capacity and material planning for day-to-day manufacturing
• Excellent communication skill and able to work as a team player
• To supervise, manage & train a team of production workers
• Manage production operator through continuous feedback and coaching
• Responsible to improve productivity

Requirements:

• Posses good supervisory, coaching, communicate and process monitoring skills
• Experienced in manufacturing environment
• Hands on , possess strong leadership skills and result oriented
• Good interpersonal skills, hardworking and able to work independently under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Posses computer knowledge
• Familiar with HACCP and ISO 22000 requirement is an added advantage
