SALES ADMIN SECTION MANAGER
(Perak)
Responsibilities:
- Lead, monitor and train a team of staffs & executives to ensure effective daily sales invoicing functions such as billing accuracy, invoice generation, ship alerts, monthly sales forecast, reports, purchase order acknowledgement etc.
- Establish invoicing procedures/systems to align with company's goal on billing accuracy.
- Liaise with IT and key representative for the ERP system project on Sales Admin modules.
- Liaise with interdepartments and sales region on matters related to billing, invoicing, quotations etc.

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business Administration/Management or other relevant degree
- Preferably 5 years working experiences in related fields.
