Manufacturing Analyst
(Penang)
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate data and audit manufacturing system to support the success of the plant.
- Guide the site Manufacturing Managers to meet the expectations of continuous improvement in the manufacturing line
- Drive specific manufacturing metrics to meet regional operational objectives
- Coach the manufacturing managers and line managers in the areas of Jabil manufacturing systems and help to resolve problems related to manufacturing as required
- To ensure proper use and implementation of Jabil Manufacturing Execution System ( MES ) in all Asia sites
- To ensure all sites manufacturing function are performing in accordance to guideline of Corporate Baseline Expectation and Cookbook
- To support sites in implementation of LVHM ( Low Volume High Mix ) project and to be the lead from OD team
- To share “ Best Practices “ across all Asia’s sites
- To support MA&G projects and to carry out DD ( Due Diligence ) and integration
- To drive continuous improvement on OEE and OLE at plant level
- Drive for visual factory concept
Requirements: - Degree in Electrical/Electronics engineering or related enigneering field with minimum 8 years working experience in the manufacturing of PCBA or Mechanic, preferrably in the SMT, Mechanic and EMS environment.
