Process Engineer
(Johor)

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to manufacturing in continuous improvement of product quality and productivity.

2. Prepare manufacturing work instruction, checklist and operating procedure for new process requirement.

3. Coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure that all inputs to production are always available on-time.

4. Ensure customer satisfaction is met or exceeded.

5. Ensure that proper process knowledge transfer is being done to all regional sites, including documents transfer, such as work instructions, bill of material, line layout, sequence of event, approved vendor list, process specifications, jigs & fixtures list, etc.

6. Coordinate process issues with various parties in company and regional sites.

7. Implement continuous improvement processes within the assembly plant, moving towards zero-defect.

8. Proactive analyses of all quality issues, monitor and review assembly processes.

9. Key driver in NPI activity.

Requirements:

• Candidate must posses at least Diploma in Engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Familiar with SPC, FMEA and DOE analysis tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently.
• Posses good analytical mind and able to articulate issues and concepts.
• Result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
