JAWATAN KOSONG Technician (Kuala Lumpur - Balakong)

We are an established plastic manufacturer of food packaging products with ISO 22000 and HACCP certification. We invite ambitious and dynamic candidates to apply for the following position:

Technician
(Kuala Lumpur - Balakong)

Responsibilities:

• To monitor and minimize production and material wastage, scrap and rejection.
• To monitor machinery breakdown, upload and down load mould, upkeep and maintain all tools and equipment.
• Ensure the availability of tools and equipment from time to time.
• To maintain and improved quality performance of products and process.
• To ensure all resources and personal protection equipment are optimized and that disciplined at the workstation be maintained at all times.
• To ensure that all product quality meets products specifications and customer’s requirements.
• To maintain & to ensure all machines, moulds and supporting equipment are in good working condition during daily mass production plan and daily production schedule.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM.
• Preferably with SPVM. or /and
• Minimum 2 - 5 years working experience in Injection Molding field.
• Good technical skill in related field.
• Hand on experience in maintenance field will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of computer will be an advantage
