EL ALUMINIUM BILLET (M) SDN BHD is the manufacturer of aluminium billet as well as aluminium extrusion profile located in Taman Teknologi Cheng, Melaka. In line with our expansion, we are seeking qualified candidate to fill the below position:-
Production Supervisor
(Cheng)
Responsibilities:
- Daily production planning (production plan and delivery plan)
- To ensure optimal productivity and smooth operation
- Provide production records and other performance indices to the Factory Manager whenever required
- Lead the continuous improvement of operational efficiency and quality
- Co-ordinate stock take activity and others related function
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder in Engineering or its equivalent
- 3 years of experience in aluminium smelting factory and manufacturing environment
- Aggressive in follow-up action
- Strong leadership, management, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Should be a result-driven individual, committed to teamwork and ability to work under pressure
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
