FACILITY MANAGER
(Negeri Sembilan)
Responsibilities:
- Operation and maintenance of the 33 kV, 11kV and 415V electrical system.
- Plan and oversee plant facilitation of works & projects.
- Plan and carryout building maintenance works or renovations.
- To be responsible for the continuous performance of all equipment in the facility, which includes fire fighting equipment, chiller units, AHU units, air compressors, water tanks etc.
- Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
- Preferably age between 35 years to 45 years old.
- Minimum 5 years in similar industries.
- HT maintenance and building maintenance knowledge.
- Ability to manage entire facilities independently.
- A good team player.
