Production Supervisor
(Johor)

Responsibilities:

1. Manpower arrangement & briefing during change shift or before start working
2. Online checking with check list recorded
3. Working base on Job card & JPR (product spec) and closing of this reports
4. Follow up prodcution actual timing versus schedule for discussion of action
5. Daily meeting with Line Leader to communicate or assign jobs
6. Conduct training & coaching to individual workers to upkeep self-discipline & skill
7. Support Department Manager or Management on quality/ quantity/ incident case study

Requirements:

1. Preferred Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Food Science
2. Strong leadership & good communication
3. Self displine & motivation
4. Able to perform shift work
5. At least 3 years & above experience in Food Industry (preferably in beverages line)
